Ventura Innovation is a global initiative dedicated to advancing youth innovation and providing emerging creators with a platform for their ideas, connecting innovation beyond borders.

Founder & Co-President

Aditi Gaddam

Aditi founded Ventura Innovation after seeing how difficult it can be to build an idea without the right support. Watching her mother navigate entrepreneurship sparked her interest in innovation, and as a high school student she found few accessible places where young people could develop ideas and connect with mentors. Today she shapes Ventura's long term vision, leads partnerships and outreach, and works with the leadership team to expand opportunities for young innovators.

Co-President

Anika Juvvadi

Anika leads community and communications, expanding Ventura Innovation's reach across schools and student organizations worldwide and cultivating the global network behind the initiative. She oversees outreach, brand voice, and participant engagement, and collaborates on curriculum, judging, and the direction of future programming.

Co-President

Yuktha Vasam

Yuktha leads operations, overseeing workshops, submissions, and the end to end experience for every participating team. She manages timelines, judging logistics, and internal systems that keep the competition running smoothly, while contributing to programming design and the organization's broader strategy.
